Where the numbers come from
The Dubai Land Department publishes every registered sale on its open data pages. The Dubai Property Index on this site turns that file into medians by month and by community, residential sales only, mortgages and gifts excluded. The alert is the index in email form. It is general information drawn from public records, not investment, legal or tax advice.
