A Dubai real estate advisor who starts with your plan, not a listing
Most people looking for a real estate agent in Dubai are really looking for judgement: which off-plan projects are worth the wait, which ready homes are priced fairly, and which areas suit the way they want to live or invest. Natalie Burešová is a RERA-registered advisor with The Oppenheim Group in Bluewaters, working with private investors, relocating families and family offices from Europe, the UK and beyond.
Her focus is Dubai property across Dubai Islands, Dubai South and Expo City, alongside luxury property and established communities across the city. She works with a network of more than 90 UAE developers, and advises in Czech, English and Slovak.
Every brief is different.
